UX design to me is to simplify complex problems with the right solutions. Using Design Thinking as a human centered approach to designing, I am able to deliver concepts which have the user in mind and that is easy to use and understand.
I have a passion for usability, an eye for visual consistency, and a knack for reducing the complex to the bare essentials. I trust new technologies to facilitate interactions and create new social opportunities.

LUXURY STYLE HOLDINGS
Work closely with CEO and Stakeholders to set the direction of the web presence and e-commerce of luxury furnishings for various brands such as Harrods of London, Louis Vuitton Moet Henessy (LVMH), Emaar Properties (Burj Khalifa) and many more. This include the creation of experience maps, user journeys and developing interactive touchpoint across diverse platforms to translate the sense of luxury towards the targeted personas.
I help to co-create gobear.com an insurance and financial products meta search and comparison website. I am a UX Leader with a mastery of user centric practice and design through ideation and creation of personas, scenarios and successful user stories.
I am comfortable using different UX tools such as A/B testing, Eye Tracking and Heat Mapping to analyse User Behaviour.
Develop and design User Experience as well as the User Interface for mobile application on the iPhone and Android platform for various Government Agencies. Create web portals and CMS / DMS system for each succesfully deployed application.
